An older gentleman in a suit walks into a garage with a walker.

The ad opens with an older man in a suit and glasses standing in what appears to be an office or lobby. He then walks into a garage reception area where two younger men are behind the counter. The older man is pushing a walker with wheels. The text "SERVICE I SÆRKASSE" appears on screen. The older man interacts with the walker, and the text changes to "SERVICE I SÆRKASSE - på bilen din". The scene is brightly lit and appears to be a professional service environment.
