The animated character running and the 'MOVING SOON?' graphic.

The ad opens with a graphic of a moving truck and the text 'MOVING SOON?'. It transitions to a 3D animated character in a bright yellow shirt and black overalls, running through an office space labeled 'ABC REALTY'. The character then moves outside to a suburban street, interacting with floating icons representing utilities (lightbulb, gas, Wi-Fi, shower, phone) and a tablet displaying a rental application and service provider logos. The character walks towards a house, opens the door, and turns on a light switch, entering the house. The ad concludes with the 'myconnect' logo and website.
