The text "A SPECIAL PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT" on a black screen.

The ad opens with a black screen and white text announcing 'A SPECIAL PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT' with the MUDWTR logo. It transitions to a man with blonde hair and a beard, wearing a denim shirt over a black t-shirt, looking down and then directly at the camera. Small inset videos appear, showing a person studying, someone sleeping restlessly, and a hand flushing a toilet. The man then reveals a t-shirt that says 'Fix Your Fix.' He holds up a MUDWTR container and pours a drink into a mug, showing the product being prepared. The ad ends with the MUDWTR logo and website.
