The woman states, "I cloned myself to get promoted."

The video opens with a woman sitting on a couch, speaking directly to the camera. A second, smaller image of her appears on the left, holding a folder. The video then cuts to a shot of a laptop screen displaying project management software, with a person's hands typing on the keyboard. The woman reappears, gesturing and explaining. The laptop screen is shown again, highlighting different views of the project management interface. The woman is shown again, speaking, with animated brains appearing on either side of her head. The video concludes with the woman in an office setting, then back on the couch, delivering the call to action.
