The initial graphic with "LIBERAL CHARLES MCCALL'S Negative Ad on Mike Mazzei" and the "Totally False" stamp immediately grabs attention.

The ad opens with a graphic overlay featuring a portrait of Charles McCall and the text "LIBERAL CHARLES MCCALL'S Negative Ad on Mike Mazzei". Below this, a smaller image shows Mike Mazzei with text that appears to be from a news article. A red banner with the words "Totally False" is superimposed over this image. The scene then shifts to Mike Mazzei speaking directly to the camera in an office setting, with bookshelves and a framed picture behind him. Text overlays identify him as "Mike Mazzei A Conservative Record" and quote him as "Budget Hawk". The ad then shows Mazzei in a casual setting, talking with two people at a table in what appears to be a restaurant. The final scenes show Mazzei speaking to people in a restaurant and shaking hands, with campaign branding appearing on screen. The pacing is typical for a political ad, with quick cuts between graphics and speaking segments.
