The woman's concerned expression and the description of a car noise.

The ad opens in a dimly lit garage or workshop. A woman with curly dark hair, wearing a pink sweater, is talking to a man in a dark uniform with a logo. She seems concerned about a noise her car is making. The man, who appears to be a mechanic, listens and then explains the issue. The scene then transitions to an exterior shot of the Midas garage with a blue car driving away. The pacing is conversational and informative.
