The video starts with a man holding a box and looking up, with the time displayed prominently.

The video opens with a low-angle shot of a man holding a cardboard box, looking up at the camera. Text overlays indicate the time and date. The scene transitions to show the man and a woman, with the box between them. The man appears to be experiencing back pain. The video then shows a split screen: the man on a video call with a doctor, and the doctor on her end. The final scenes show the man on the couch with the box, and then the Medadom app logo and download information.
