The text "PERHAPS YOU'RE NOT FAT... YOU'RE FULL OF FLUID" appears on screen.

The video features a woman speaking directly to the camera, with inset images showing before-and-after comparisons of her face and body. She is holding a kiwi and a knife, and later a bottle of liquid supplement. The pacing is conversational, with quick cuts between her speaking and the inset images. The setting appears to be a kitchen.
