A young woman smiling directly at the camera, appearing to film a selfie video in an office setting.

The video opens with a young woman in an orange and pink sweater, smiling and looking directly at the camera, as if filming a selfie video. She is in an office environment. She then walks through a hallway and down a staircase. Another woman appears, and the first woman asks to see her step counter. The second woman shows her phone, which displays '35 Schritte'. The first woman reacts with surprise and then they both smile at the camera. The video has a fast-paced, vlog-like editing style.
