A police officer stopping a car on the side of the road.

The ad opens with a close-up of a police officer in a hat and uniform speaking to someone in a car. The camera then cuts to the driver, a woman with short dark hair and large hoop earrings, looking concerned. The officer's voice is heard asking if the driver knows 'Loxone'. The driver responds with confusion, saying she's never heard of it. The scene then shifts to a wider shot of the officer walking towards the driver's car on the side of a road, with power lines in the background.
