The bright green background and animated avocado slices immediately catch the eye.

The video features a bright green background with animated avocado slices. It showcases various avocado dishes: a kale salad with avocado, avocado toast with pico de gallo and jalapeños, and avocado and egg baked into what appears to be a tomato or bell pepper. The pacing is quick, with text overlays appearing and disappearing to highlight key messages. The overall aesthetic is fresh and vibrant.
