A close-up of a young boy's face with an unusual expression.

The video opens with a close-up of a young boy's face, followed by shots of an elderly woman, and then the boy again in different poses. The setting appears to be a rural village with simple houses and dirt ground. The pacing is slow and deliberate, focusing on the individuals' expressions. The Liliane Fonds logo is present in the top left corner of most frames.
