The initial shot of pink balloons and the subsequent placement of the potted flowers.

The video opens with a close-up of pink balloons and a wooden surface. A hand in a blue patterned sleeve places a basket containing three white pots of white petunias onto the surface. The scene transitions to a slightly wider shot, showing the flowers in the pots, with the balloons in the background. As the video progresses, the flowers begin to glow with a soft green light, and animated yellow sparkles and a neon-like script appear above the plants. The pacing is slow and deliberate, focusing on the visual transformation of the flowers.
