The initial close-up of fluffy pink items and the text overlay 'SELF CARE W YOUR BESTIES' immediately sets a cozy and relatable tone.

The video opens with a close-up of hands holding fluffy pink items, then pans out to show two young women sitting on a bed, engaged in a self-care routine. One woman is applying a sheet mask and holding a small mirror, while the other is applying lip balm and has green under-eye patches. The room is decorated with a collage of small drawings on the wall and a neon sign. Various self-care items like lip balms, scrunchies, and a cat-themed makeup bag are spread on a green blanket. The camera then shifts to a top-down view of the items and the women's hands interacting with them. The pacing is relaxed and intimate, focusing on the shared activity.
