A handwritten sticky note with a clear, urgent message: "APPLY TO STUDY THIS YEAR!".

The video opens with a close-up of a yellow sticky note with the handwritten message "APPLY TO STUDY THIS YEAR!". The note is then shown in various locations: on a desk near a keyboard, attached to a book, stuck to a car's rearview mirror, placed on a calendar, on a coffee mug with a tea bag, and held against a water bottle. The final scenes transition to a solid red background with white text and the La Trobe University logo, displaying different motivational phrases.
