The question "What do these orthopedic shoes say?" followed by the humorous answer "Ohhh, when's Bingo?"

A woman in a brown blazer sits at a desk, holding up black orthopedic shoes. On the desk are other shoes: white sandals and black sneakers. The background shows a bookshelf and a window. The woman speaks directly to the camera, gesturing to the shoes. Text overlays appear, and the scene transitions to close-ups of different shoe styles and a diagram of a shoe's heel. The woman reappears at the end, smiling.
