The initial shot of the woman looking uncomfortable on the bed with the text "UNBEQUEME MATRATZE?" grabs attention.

The video opens with a woman lying on a bed, looking uncomfortable. Text overlays ask if she has an uncomfortable mattress. She then rolls over and looks uncomfortable again. The scene transitions to her carrying a rolled-up mattress topper. She and another woman unroll and place the topper on the bed. They then lie on the bed, looking happy and comfortable.
