A cute plush puppy with sad eyes.

The ad opens with a close-up of a plush toy puppy on a wooden surface, with a bright blue, cartoon-decorated background. A woman enters the frame, acting as a veterinarian, and interacts with the puppy. She examines X-rays of broken bones, puts a cast on the puppy's leg, and then the puppy is shown in a carrier. The ad transitions to a retail store setting with the puppy and other toys on display. The final scene shows the product packaging with the puppy inside.
