A close-up of a sad child's face.

The ad opens with a close-up of a sad-looking young boy wearing a winter hat and red puffer jacket, resting his head on his hands. The scene transitions to him sitting on a sled, looking out a window. An older man enters with a Kinder gift box. The boy's expression changes to joy as he holds Christmas lights and then small Kinder products that glow. The final scenes show the family joyfully sledding down a snowy hill at night, illuminated by Christmas lights, ending with a shot of Kinder products.
