A shot of a modern, appealing house.

The video opens with a shot of a modern brick house with a wooden fence in front. It then cuts to a man speaking directly to the camera, followed by a young girl smiling. The man and girl are then shown sitting on a couch with bowls of popcorn. The video ends with a KB Home logo and tagline.
