The animated character holding an 'All-Weather Tire Sale!' sign.

The ad opens with the KalTire logo on a white background. A 3D animated character holds an orange sign that says 'All-Weather Tire Sale!' and features the KalTire logo. The background transitions through rain and snow, with the character holding the sign steady. A banner at the bottom displays 'KAL TIRE WEATHER REPORT' and text about free services. The scene then shifts to a close-up of a Nokian all-weather tire on an orange background, with a 'HUGE SALE!' sticker. The KalTire logo and tagline appear at the end.
