A woman complaining about her stomach and lack of energy.

The video opens with two women sitting on a couch, discussing their bodies and aging. One woman fans herself, complaining about her stomach and lack of energy. The scene then shifts to a woman in a wide-brimmed hat, taking a selfie outdoors, followed by shots of her exercising in a gym and then speaking directly to the camera. The pacing is dynamic, intercutting between dialogue and action shots.
