The split screen with a woman talking about dehydration and powder being poured into the sky.

The video is split into two frames. The left frame shows a woman talking to the camera, holding a pink tumbler and a red box of Instant Hydration. She is shown mixing a powder into water. The right frame shows a packet of powder being poured into the sky, then water being poured into a bottle, and finally a bottle being filled with pink liquid. The pacing is quick, with frequent cuts between the two frames and close-ups of the product packaging and ingredients.
