The initial visual of a woman hula-hooping with the text 'Last Christmas...' followed by 'This Christmas 100lbs down' creates immediate intrigue about a transformation.

The video begins with a woman hula-hooping in a bedroom, with text overlay indicating 'Last Christmas...'. It then transitions to a different woman in the same room, now wearing a Christmas hat and holding the hula hoop, with text indicating 'This Christmas 100lbs down'. The scene shifts to another woman presenting a box for 'Infinity Hoop Full Body Workout'. The video then shows the first woman again, now outdoors, hula-hooping, followed by a shot of the Infinity Hoop product box and a phone screen showing an app interface. The ad concludes with the woman in the Christmas hat holding the hoop and promoting a sale.
