A family enjoying a tropical beach vacation.

The ad opens on a family enjoying a beach vacation in front of a blue beach house. It then cuts to a man in a suit looking at a map with photos of families on vacation, and then to two people in an office looking at computer screens. The map shows various European locations with red string connecting them. The ad then shows the family from the beach, with a woman using a smartphone. The final scenes show two men in camouflage in the trees, and then the family playing in the water, with the HomeExchange logo and website displayed.
