The ad opens with a man walking towards a white Range Rover parked in front of a building with 'SALT GRAND' signage. He then meets another man, and they shake hands and hug. They enter the building and are shown a detailed architectural model of a high-rise building. The camera then focuses on the men discussing the model, with one man gesturing and explaining. They walk down a hallway, then enter a modern apartment, looking at various features. The ad concludes with the man who received the gift opening a box containing a bottle of champagne and a document, smiling and interacting with the other man.
