A woman looking at a severely clogged kitchen sink.

The ad opens with a woman looking distressed at a clogged kitchen sink filled with food scraps. She then sprinkles something into her hand and rubs it on her arm, a superstitious ritual. Next, a man in a garage taps on a water heater, hoping it lasts another day. Then, a woman in a bathroom crosses her fingers while looking at a toilet that is overflowing. A Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing truck drives down a street. A plumber inspects a sink with a flashlight. Another plumber works on a water heater. A third plumber inspects a toilet. The ad concludes with a woman and a baby washing their hands at a sink, with the Goettl logo and slogan appearing.
