The initial shot of a string quartet playing.

The video opens with a string quartet playing in a rehearsal space. The camera then shifts to two conductors, a woman and a man, who are gesturing animatedly. Text overlays appear, and the scene transitions to a graphic with the number '18' and pricing information. The conductors are shown again, standing in front of the graphic.
