The woman in the office wearing reindeer antlers and the festive decorations.

The ad opens in a cubicle office decorated for Christmas, with a woman wearing reindeer antlers and headphones at her desk. The scene then shifts to a man on the phone outside in the snow, with a Christmas tree and family visible through a window. The woman in the office is shown again, speaking to the man on the phone. The ad transitions to graphics showcasing the Freebox Ultra and its included content, ending with the Free logo.
