The initial text "STEM VALG" and the ballot box illustration.

A man in a red t-shirt with text on it stands in front of a gradient background. Animated illustrations appear on either side of him: a ballot box with a paper labeled "STEM" and "VALG" on the left, and a building resembling a government or public institution on the right. Later, illustrations of children playing and an elder care scene appear, followed by a tooth and a winged coin. The pacing is moderate, with text overlays appearing and disappearing.
