The initial pop-up notification on the laptop screen saying 'Tax time!'.

The ad opens with a woman working on a laptop in a bright, modern kitchen. A pop-up on her screen says 'Tax time!'. The scene quickly cuts to a man on the phone looking frustrated, then to an office worker smashing a laptop with a plunger, with flames erupting. The ad then returns to the woman, who is now using an online service called 'etax' to fill out her tax return. A price of $2795 is displayed, followed by a checkmark. The screen then fills with positive customer reviews and star ratings. The ad concludes with the etax logo and website address.
