The festive Christmas lights and decorations create an immediate holiday atmosphere.

The ad opens with a woman looking around amidst Christmas lights and trees. It then shows two men walking through a Christmas-decorated store, followed by the woman again, this time interacting with a trolley. Another woman is shown looking at ornaments. The scene shifts to a person dancing in front of two snowman figures and a pile of gifts. Two employees in yellow shirts with 'epic' badges are seen talking. The ad transitions to a wider shot of the store, featuring the 'Epic' logo and text overlays. The final shot is the 'epic' logo on a yellow background.
