A group of people enjoying a meal, with a prominent logo for Enterogermina.

The ad opens with a group of people enjoying a meal around a table. A man in the center smiles and gestures. The scene transitions to a woman, presumably a grandmother, entering with a baked dish. The man then speaks directly to the camera, looking uncomfortable and holding his stomach. This is followed by animated visuals of the intestinal flora, showing the product's action. The ad concludes with the man relaxing on a couch, with the grandmother bringing him a cake, and finally shows product packaging.
