The question "Warum hat eigentlich noch nicht jedes Haus in Deutschland eine Solaranlage auf dem Dach?" (Why doesn't every house in Germany have solar panels on the roof yet?) is posed.

The video starts with a split screen. The top shows a woman speaking into a microphone, wearing glasses and a blazer. The bottom shows an aerial view of a suburban neighborhood with houses and solar panels on some roofs. The video then transitions to show close-ups of solar panels being installed on a roof by workers in safety gear. It also shows a man speaking into a microphone, wearing a yellow polo shirt. The pacing is quick, with frequent cuts between the speakers and the installation process.
