The initial glitchy screen with "Enervit Performance Test" text.

The video opens with a glitchy, retro-style screen displaying text related to a performance test. It transitions to a top-down view of a table with Enervit products, a laptop, and a clipboard. Hands are shown holding and unwrapping an Enervit bar. The scene shifts to a cyclist on a stationary bike, blurred and energetic. Close-ups show the cyclist wearing a UAE Emirates jersey and holding an Enervit bar. The cyclist appears to be consuming the bar. Another glitchy screen appears with text. The video then shows a group of cyclists in a race, followed by a close-up of a cyclist holding an Enervit bar. The cyclist on the stationary bike is shown again, blurred. The video concludes with a product shot of the Enervit Carbo Bar C2:1 Salty Caramel, surrounded by animated particles, and then a final graphic with the Enervit logo and C2:1 PRO.
