The initial "Fit" graphic overlay and the energetic jump of the woman.

The video opens with two people, a man and a woman, standing on a paved walkway outdoors. The man wears a white t-shirt and white pants, while the woman wears a black t-shirt and grey wide-leg pants. A graphic overlay with the word "Fit" appears. The woman then jumps, and the scene transitions to an indoor setting with modern architecture. The woman, now in a black suit and teal tie, is seen dancing. The man, in a black work uniform, is also seen dancing. The video cuts between the outdoor and indoor scenes, showing the two individuals dancing and interacting. The pacing is quick and energetic, with dynamic camera movements.
