The video opens with a product shot of Vital Proteins Active Complex Collagen. It then transitions to various wellness treatments: cupping therapy on a person's back, a man in a cryotherapy chamber, and a woman using a VR fitness machine. The ad then shows a man preparing a drink with the collagen powder and a woman drinking it. The final scene displays multiple Vital Proteins collagen products. The pacing is quick, intercutting different scenes to showcase various wellness practices.
