The split screen with 'MITO' and 'VERDADE' and radiating arrows immediately creates intrigue.

The video opens with a split screen showing two figures. The left side, labeled 'MITO' (Myth), depicts red arrows radiating outwards, suggesting a negative outcome. The right side, labeled 'VERDADE' (Truth), shows green arrows radiating outwards, indicating a positive outcome. The video then transitions to text overlays explaining the benefits of Kegel exercises for men, with the background showing abstract patterns and the Dr. Kegel app logo at the end.
