Underwater swimming shots with light reflections.

The ad opens with underwater shots of a swimming pool, showing the tiled floor and light reflections. A swimmer in a red swimsuit and white cap is seen swimming freestyle, with splashes of water. The scene then shifts to a woman in athletic wear (red top, grey pants) stretching and sitting on a mattress in a bedroom. She is shown lying down and then sitting up, looking relaxed. The ad intersperses swimming shots with close-ups of the woman on the mattress, ending with a close-up of her face and the brand logo.
