A man in a suit walks down a red carpet, being mobbed by a crowd of people holding papers and pens. The crowd appears agitated. He gets into a car, and the people press their faces and hands against the window, still holding papers. The man looks at his phone, which displays a document with a green checkmark and the word "Paraksts". He smiles. The scene transitions to text overlays.
