An elderly woman looking out her window with text overlay.

The ad opens with an elderly woman looking out her window. Text appears identifying her as Maria-Josephine "Fini" M. and stating she lives with the Johanniter-Hausnotruf. We then see her hands interacting with a small device, followed by a shot of her looking thoughtful. She smiles and walks outside, wearing the device on her chest. She is seen using a walker and then laughing with two younger women on a bench. The final scene shows the three women hugging. The pacing is gentle and reassuring.
