A woman putting on boots, with animated weight measurements appearing on screen.

The video opens with a woman sitting on a stool, putting on knee-high boots. A plant is to her left, and a bookshelf and bed are visible in the background. Animated lines with weight measurements (96kg, 87kg) appear over the scene. The video then cuts to a close-up of hands measuring a waist with a tape measure. This transitions to a montage of people celebrating, a man laughing, and a woman on a video call, interspersed with shots of a CheqUp box and the brand logo. The final scene shows the CheqUp logo and tagline with animated waves.
