Where does all this insurance money go if I don't get into a car accident?

A man wearing a white t-shirt and a baseball cap is sitting outdoors, looking at the camera. He asks a question about insurance money. The scene cuts to him wearing a black t-shirt, sitting at a table, and answering the question. The video then returns to him in the white t-shirt, continuing the conversation. The pacing is conversational and direct.
