The video starts with a cozy bedroom scene and the text 'Day in my life with no classes', which is relatable and intriguing.

The video opens with a shot of a bedroom decorated with fairy lights and posters. A young woman takes a selfie in the mirror. She then goes for a morning walk, passing by Parliament buildings and walking with a friend. She prepares breakfast with yogurt and berries. She gets ready for the day, applying makeup. She walks to an art house cafe and then works on her laptop. She walks home, goes to the gym, and then walks to an Ottawa 67's hockey game. The video ends with shots of the hockey game, showing the ice, players, and mascot.
