Aerial view of a sprawling city with text overlay "ALTO TRUJILLO LA LIBERTAD".

The video opens with an aerial view of a densely populated urban area, showing many houses and mountains in the background. Text overlays identify the location as Alto Trujillo, La Libertad. The scene transitions to show a young boy looking thoughtfully into the distance, followed by a woman speaking. The video then shows a truck dumping material onto a dirt road, suggesting construction or road improvement. This is followed by shots of the improved road and people walking. The final scenes show people interacting positively with a man identified as Cesar Acuña, and then a montage of different Peruvians waving. The video ends with campaign graphics.
