The initial close-up of the woman's smile and the text "Hi,"

The ad opens with a close-up of a young woman smiling, then shifts to a shot of her abdomen where she forms a heart shape with her hands. The camera then zooms in on her stomach as she clutches it, indicating discomfort. Animated graphics of green and red spheres appear, representing pain or discomfort, which then transform into a graphic showing 'Starts to work in 15 MINS'. The ad concludes with a shot of the woman's abdomen again, with product packaging for Buscopan Cramps and Buscopan IBS Relief displayed prominently.
