The video opens with a close-up of a finger pressing a doorbell, followed by a woman in a trench coat smiling and touching her hair. Another person's blonde hair is briefly seen. The woman then smiles broadly and speaks. She enters a doorway, where another woman greets her warmly with a hug. A close-up of a beige handbag is shown. The first woman is then seen with a child, holding a paper snowflake. A young girl is shown near a Christmas tree, and a gloved hand holds a small drum ornament.
