The text "Yes, I am the friend that sends the 'checking in' voice note" immediately sets a relatable and humorous tone.

The video opens with a man in a bathroom, styling his hair while holding his phone. Text overlays appear, introducing him as the friend who sends 'checking in' voice notes. The scene then shifts to him outside a building, then inside a clinic room with medical equipment and posters. He undergoes various health checks, including weight, height, and a fitness test on a stationary bike. The pacing is quick, showing multiple aspects of the health assessment. The video concludes with him back in the bathroom, styling his hair again.
