The initial aerial shot of a large naval ship on the vast ocean.

The video opens with an aerial shot of a large naval ship on the ocean. It then transitions to a first-person perspective from the deck of a moving ship, showing rough seas. The footage cuts to various scenes of military personnel in training: climbing stairs, on a small boat, working on a ship's deck, donning protective gear, and in a confined space. The final scenes show a submarine and a naval ship on the ocean.
