Two sad-looking dogs looking up at the camera.

The video opens with a high-angle shot of two dogs looking up at the camera. The scene transitions to a young woman looking sad as she leaves her apartment, with a sad emoji overlay. She then looks at her dogs, also looking sad. The next scene shows her sitting at a desk with a laptop, looking thoughtful, with an "I Miss You" thought bubble. The video then shows her using a laptop, browsing online English classes from British Council. The interface shows class schedules and descriptions. The woman is shown in different locations (home, office, vacation) using the laptop. The final scenes show her interacting happily with her dogs while using the laptop, implying that online classes allow her to be with her pets.
